{"id":765,"date":"2025-11-21T15:09:50","date_gmt":"2025-11-21T14:09:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nomadwatchcreation.ch\/general-terms-and-conditions\/"},"modified":"2025-12-04T08:57:38","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T07:57:38","slug":"general-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nomadwatchcreation.ch\/en\/general-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Article 1 &#8211; Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between <strong>Nomad Watch Creation<\/strong>, a sole proprietorship, and any individual or legal entity booking a watch workshop via the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nomadwatchcreation.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.nomadwatchcreation.ch<\/a> website.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 2 &#8211; Booking and payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All reservations are considered firm once full payment has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The invoice is sent automatically by e-mail only after Nomad Watch Creation has confirmed the workshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices shown are in CHF (Swiss francs), all taxes included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment must be made <strong>within 5 working days of the invoice date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is by <strong>bank transfer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservations cannot be made less than 5 days before a workshop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Article 3 &#8211; Cancellation by the customer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation <strong>up to 72 hours before the scheduled date<\/strong>: full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation <strong>less than 72 hours before the workshop<\/strong>: no refund will be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Article 4 &#8211; Cancellation or postponement by the organizer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Nomad Watch Creation reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop in the event of force majeure (illness, technical problem, unavailability of venue). In this case : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer will be informed as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer may choose between a full refund or the postponement of the reservation to another date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Article 5 &#8211; Minimum number of participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Some workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. In the event of insufficient numbers, Nomad Watch Creation reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop. A full refund will be offered to the customer if no postponement is possible.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 6 &#8211; Participation conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Workshops are open to all adults. Minors aged 12 and over may participate under the responsibility and guidance of an adult. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants agree to respect the safety instructions and equipment provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the workshop, without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Article 7 &#8211; Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Nomad Watch Creation cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the customer, except in the case of proven fault on the part of the organizer.<br\/>Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the workshop.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>  24-month international warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A promise of Swiss quality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Every watch from Nomad Watch Creation is designed to the highest standards of Swiss watchmaking.
