Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Nomad Watch Creation, a sole proprietorship, and any individual or legal entity booking a watch workshop via the www.nomadwatchcreation.ch website.
Article 2 – Booking and payment
- All reservations are considered firm once full payment has been received.
- The invoice is sent automatically by e-mail only after Nomad Watch Creation has confirmed the workshop.
- Prices shown are in CHF (Swiss francs), all taxes included.
- Payment must be made within 5 working days of the invoice date.
- Payment is by bank transfer.
- Reservations cannot be made less than 5 days before a workshop.
Article 3 – Cancellation by the customer
- Cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled date: full refund.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before the workshop: no refund will be made.
Article 4 – Cancellation or postponement by the organizer
Nomad Watch Creation reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop in the event of force majeure (illness, technical problem, unavailability of venue). In this case :
- The customer will be informed as soon as possible.
- The customer may choose between a full refund or the postponement of the reservation to another date.
Article 5 – Minimum number of participants
Some workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. In the event of insufficient numbers, Nomad Watch Creation reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop. A full refund will be offered to the customer if no postponement is possible.
Article 6 – Participation conditions
- Workshops are open to all adults. Minors aged 12 and over may participate under the responsibility and guidance of an adult.
- Participants agree to respect the safety instructions and equipment provided.
- Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the workshop, without refund.
Article 7 – Liability
Nomad Watch Creation cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the customer, except in the case of proven fault on the part of the organizer.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the workshop.

What does this warranty cover?
Our warranty covers, at no cost to you :
- Manufacturing defects in the movement, case or dial.
- Technical problems related to the watch’s mechanical components.
- Any anomaly observed during normal use of your timepiece.
What’s not covered
Certain situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage resulting from mishandling, dropping or impact.
- Normal wear and tear (bracelet, case, glass).
- Damage caused by unauthorized intervention.
- Water ingress if sealing instructions have not been followed.
Application conditions
To benefit from the guarantee, it is necessary to present :
- Your official warranty card, duly completed and dated by an authorized watchmaker.
